About Us: We're Zest, the in-house creative agency for some of the most beloved brands like Sainsbury's, Argos, Habitat, Tu, and Nectar. Our team is all about delivering world-class social media content that resonates with our audience.

The Role: We're on the lookout for a Social Videographer/Editor to join our vibrant team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and executing mobile-first content that captivates our social media followers. You'll need to be comfortable shooting primarily on mobile (iPhone preferred) and have the capability to shoot on DSLR cameras when needed. Your editing skills across CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve will be essential in bringing our content to life.

What You'll Do:

Plan, shoot, and edit short-form content for social media, with a focus on mobile-first videos.
Stay ahead of social media trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to our platforms.
Collaborate with our social media team to develop engaging content that drives brand awareness.
Ensure all content reflects our brand's voice, aesthetic, and values.
Edit and enhance video and photo content using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
Apply dynamic transitions, text overlays, and sound design to enhance storytelling.
Work closely with the social media, creative, and marketing teams to bring creative concepts to life.
Provide creative ideas for campaigns, trend-led content, and reactive social moments.
Ensure all content is of the highest quality and ready for timely distribution.

What You'll Need:

Proven experience in creating engaging social media content, including both mobile and DSLR shooting.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and content best practices.
Proficiency in editing software: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve.
Strong creative vision and understanding of storytelling in short-form content.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
