Studio Operations finishes and distributes this Disney studio content to business partners and consumers globally. With shrinking timelines and increased complexity of deliverables, we strive to deliver more content faster without decreasing quality, security or increasing overhead costs.About the Role & TeamThis position plays a role in the localisation and mixing of TWDC's Studio slate. Supporting the Manager of localisation operations, this role will have direct responsibility for ordering the dubbing of TH and D+ projects for MENA, Benelux, Greek and Turkey, working alongside their line Manager and their Trailer colleagues.The candidate will be proficient and well-versed in music and must have a "good musical ear". The role will have a dotted line into the Burbank DCVI Creative team.In addition, the role will be a backup to help manage scheduling, localisation, asset management and all process linked to the delivery of localised language track into the mastering vendors and inventory.This team often operates in a high pressure highly complex environment, the ability to operate calmly under pressure is paramount.What You Will DoWork closely with dubbing studios, ordering dubs in a timely manner, ensuring that reference materials are received, localized metadata is supplied and that dubs deliver on time.Reviewing trailer dubs and giving creative approval - with support and training from the DCVI Burbank Creative team.Gather dubbing cost estimates from dub studios and keep interested parties informed - local Disney offices/sub-distributors or DCVI Burbank.Liaise with local and Burbank DCVI offices on dubbing delivery schedules, monitoring any changes in material availability and/or release dates which may affect delivery dates.Database management ensuring that the metadata is consistently delivered to relevant digital storage areas at the same time as dubbed sound elements deliver.Establish strong working relationships and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders within the relevant LOBsContinually identify and implement process and system improvements.Required Qualifications & SkillsLocalization experienceExperience within film or other entertainment industries in a multi-market context.Proven experience within operations, coordinating delivery to achieve target timelines.Experience working in a role which requires attention to detail in a dynamic environment.We are happy to discuss any reasonable adjustments you may need to support you with the application process.
