The job

This job is all about the edit. We're looking for a someone who loves creating short form film, punchy social content, stylish graphics and clever sound design. You'll know how to apply bang on soundtracks too. In short, you'll be able to take footage and make it sing.

But if shooting is also your thing, great. We're happy to work with you to refine your skills and build your knowledge. You could have some career experience in an agency or studio. But if you're straight out of college with a portfolio that demands attention, we'd love to hear from you.

You

On a personal level, you're someone who can grab the initiative, and build relationships with fellow creatives, client service, project managers, researchers and beyond. You'll ask smart questions and challenge the obvious. You'll treat every brief like a launchpad not a prison cell.

On the technical side, you'll need to be impressive - and quick - in Premier Pro and After Effects. Knowing your way around Photoshop is important too.
