About the Role: Ben Taylor Film is poised for significant growth, rebranding as Tailored Studios and expanding its work with leading international agencies across PR, advertising, digital, brand, and social media. As part of this scale-up, we are seeking a talented visual storyteller; an Editor, to join our expanding team. You will be joining our rapidly scaling creative startup at a pivotal moment in its early development - shaking up the sector; transforming the way agencies and creative business communicate visually. We are looking for a creative, entrepreneurial spirit to help us fuel that mission.

Previous clients have included: Amazon, Samsung, NatWest, Virgin Atlantic, Mars, Netflix, Microsoft, ExxonMobil, Vauxhall, Novartis and Nestle.

This specific role will be focused on delivering assets directly to agency clients, including:

Case study films
Award entry films
Linkedin and social media edits
Showreels
Recruitment films
New Business reels
Internal event films
Podcast edits
Key Responsibilities:

Edit film, video and motion graphics with a strong emphasis on storytelling and audience engagement
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, often with tight deadlines
Collaborate with a growing team in a remote working environment
Contribute to our ongoing rebranding efforts as part of our mission
Key Personality / Professional Traits:

3-5+ years of professional video and motion-graphics editing experience
Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects
Strong understanding of the art of storytelling in film
Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
Experience with or knowledge of agency environments
Enthusiasm for working in a rapidly growing creative startup environment
