Reporting to the Creative Lead, the Videographer will support all aspects of video generation across the business, including: creating, managing, and reviewing from script, to storyboard, to end delivery. You will be part of a creative team with accountability for Video content that we produce and how it is shared and hosted. This is a hands-on collaborative role working across the entire business, from Product and Field Marketing, through to PX, Talent, Internal Comms and many more. The Videographer will use a variety of video skills, including filming, animation, and postproduction to create content that will be the lifeblood for new lead generation campaigns, both traditional outbound but increasingly focused on supporting, and expanding inbound digital marketing. The use of video to support the engagement for internal communications is also a key part of the role and requires being able to advise and direct people from board level down Please note this role is a hybrid role and requires attendance in Birmingham 2-3 days per week.What You Will DoThe position requires a passion for video creative, a high level of creativity, an ability to work with virtual teams, to deliver high quality content and have a keen attention to detail.
