About the Role

We're looking for a creative and skilled Videographer & Content Creator to join our team! This role offers strong career progression and is perfect for someone with solid experience in video production who's ready to take ownership of projects.

You'll play a key role in supporting marketing, sales, and client delivery with content, crafting engaging video content that promotes our brand while also supporting client projects from time to time. From ideation to execution, you'll oversee all things video-planning, filming, editing, and packaging content for social media and other platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

Content Strategy & Ideation - Lead the creation of video content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
Video Production - Plan, film, and edit engaging content, including quick-cut social clips, reels, and repurposed content.
Project Leadership - Own video projects from concept to delivery, coordinating with the wider team for input.
Post-Production - Edit and package high-quality videos using industry-standard software.
Social Media & Marketing Support - Tailor content for different platforms, ensuring maximum impact and engagement. Managing our YouTube channel and YouTube uploads for clients and generating engaging thumbnails.
Team Collaboration - Work closely with marketing, sales, and client teams to bring ideas to life and develop content across the business.
