Lollybox
Lauren Lolly and Clint Woods wanted to develop a series of films to launch their online bauxite system. Lauren is a model and life coach and Clint is ex-Word Champion Middleweight. This series of videos were utilised on social media to excite would-be keep fitters to use boxing training as their inspiration. I shot, directed and edited.

The Plane Crash
I was responsible for edit producing a US version of the edit with a completely revised script and cut which documented the three year build up and eventual crashing of a commercial jet in the Mexican desert to see what happens to a 40 ton plane on impact.
Twins Who Share A Body
Re-cut and rewrite of original programme for quick turnround. Three pairs of conjoined twins and their stories across three continents. Dicephalic parapegus twins have one body but two heads. There are fewer than ten in the entire world. The programme scored the highest rating in its time slot for the year.

60 minute science documentary filmed on location in Haiti for Channel 4 a few days after the earthquake which killed more than 200,000 people. We were totally self-contained down to sticking plasters, rubber bands and water. We slept in tents by the runway which was the only place which was secure. Everywhere else ran the risk of theft, hijack or worse.

Aftermath of the Pakistan earthquake. I was in Pakistan for a month with a Z1 making this section of a bigger programme on all the disasters of 2004-5 for Channel Four called The Year The Earth Went Wild.

Presenter Chris Barrie on the history of the modern attack helicopter. This clips investigates the Russian MI-24 Hind, one of the fastest multi-purpose attack helicopters in the world.
Where It All Went Wrong - Heli Fever
The chubby little boy in the old helicopter is me. It was the first time I'd ever seen a helicopter and it started a lifelong love affair. My dad (who was a pilot) filmed it on his Super-8 and it was watching him edit the film which got me all starry eyed about film.
Gadgets - Airplane
Gadgets & Stuff was a dream team. Stuff magazine meets tv. Liz Bonnin presented and it was about the most fun I've ever had. Bravo repeated the one series we made every two months for a year. They couldn't afford a second series so we took it to Channel 5. Never give away your children.
Gadgets - Wacky
Gadgets and Stuff for Bravo was the best gadget show ever. Where else could you see a 40 foot high self-propelled shopping trolley, take a ride in a Merlin attack helicopter, visit a house lit completely by fibre optic cable and see MP3 players balanced on girls navels?
DIY SOS
This was lovely fun - the team were great. Nick Knowles is an interesting drinking companion. We knocked the back off the house and turned it into a folding glass door. Nice.
Massive Speed - Bikes
That's me riding a bike at 150 mph on the Mountain Section of the Isle of Man TT circuit (they closed the road and there's no speed limit.) What's not to like? Chris Barrie had a nice time presenting it.

As part of the Bermuda Triangle investigation we reflew the legendary Flight 19. We left from the same place at the same time and flew the same course...and our instruments went wrong at the same time! I filmed it and the chase plane pilot experienced exactly the same thing.
