We are a small production team that co-ordinate all post-production & production within Arteus and we are now looking to recruit a new team member. The role will be based at our Glasgow office. The ideal candidate will support the Head of Production & Facilities across a very wide variety of roles.
You will be able to problem solve as the role will see you assist in the preparation, shoot and post-production for our in-house content studio.
Required skills, experience and qualifications:
Managing resource for all in-house and external teams, working with producers, editors and the creative team to ensure work is spread evenly.
Good working knowledge of the entire production process and APA guidelines with experience working with a range of budgets.
At least two years' experience working as a runner or production co-ordinator within a production company, content studio, facility or an agency.
Good knowledge of freelance talent as well as up and coming new talent.
Possess expertise working with Microsoft Office, Excel and Adobe Suite.
Good understanding of social-media platforms.
Assisting with budgets and schedules for new projects, managing existing budgets and keeping on top of overall budgets and working budgets.
Securing PO's, raising new jobs and invoicing with client, monitoring/chasing client invoices.
A can-do attitude and ability to create a professional and fun working environment.
Current driving licence and confident to drive vans a must.
